At Beba Gas, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you cancel your order before dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched or delivered, refunds will only be issued in cases of wrong, damaged, or faulty gas cylinders, subject to inspection and approval.
